Studio Policies & Terms

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Late cancellations may be charged 50–100% of the scheduled service, and missed appointments may be charged 100%.

I understand that life happens and unexpected things come up. If you’re feeling unwell or something changes, please reach out as soon as you can.

Please let me know about any allergies, sensitivities, or changes to your skin or health before your service. This helps me choose the best treatment for you.

Your privacy is important to me. Client intake forms are completed in the studio and kept in a secure location.

I use Acuity for online booking and Square to process payments and gift card purchases. Your information helps me manage your appointments, provide your services, and stay in touch with you.

If you sign up for emails, you may receive studio news, service updates, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.

If you choose to receive marketing texts, you may hear from me about studio news, appointment openings, and promotions. Signing up is optional and isn’t required to book an appointment or make a purchase.

Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to a text from us.

When you sign up, information such as your name, phone number, opt-in status, and interactions with messages may be collected. This information is shared with Squarespace so it can send and manage messages on behalf of Salt & Cedar Wellness.

Your mobile information and phone number will be kept confidential and will not be sold, rented, or shared with unauthorized third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
